Yusuf Dagtekin

Executive President

Graduate of Middle East Technical University from Department of Economics, Ankara. Mr. Dagtekin started his banking career at Etibank in 1984, joined Credit Europe Group NV in 1996. Starting from 1996 he worked for Finansbank (Turkey) A.S., Finansbank (Russia) Ltd and Finansbank (Romania) S.A. Since 2005 till 2009 he worked in PJSC "Credit Europe Bank" (Ukraine) as Vice President of Operations Division. Since 2009 Mr. Dagtekin is Executive President of PJSC "Credit Europe Bank" (Ukraine).

Arif Dursun Bibioglu

Acting Chairman of the Managing Board

Mr. Bibioglu received a BSc degree in Finance Science from the Bentley College, Waltham Massachusetts and Master degree in Business Administration from the Yedi Tepe University, Istanbul. Mr. Bibioglu joined the “Credit Europe Group NV” in 1997. Before coming to Ukraine he worked for the Finansbank (Holland) N.V. as Vice President Assistant, Treasury department. Currently he is Acting Chairman of the Board in Credit Europe Bank (Ukraine); he is responsible for treasury department and FI.

Irina NEMCHEN

Deputy Chairman of the Board

Mrs. Nemchen obtained a degree in Finance at Kyiv Bankers’ Institute and a degree in electronic techniques in Kyiv Polytechnic University. She has extensive experience in accounting. Throughout the period of 12 years, Mrs. Nemchen has been employed as a chief-accountant for International Commerce Bank and Kyiv Universal Bank, and prior to that a chief accountant of "Ukraine", "Mriya" and "Kreschatik" bank branches. She joined Credit Europe Group NV in 2006 at the stage of formation of the PJSC "CREDIT EUROPE BANK" as the chief accountant and 
a Member of the Board. Currently Mrs. Iryna Nemchen is a Deputy Chairman of the Board, she is responsible for Accounting, Financial Monitoring and Compliance.

Emre Ergun

Head of Retail Banking Marketing & Sales Division

Graduate of Bosphorus University, major: business administration. Mr. Ergun started his banking career with the “Citibank” in 1998; in 2004 he joined “Credit Europe Group NV”. As of 2004 he held various positions at AS Finansbank (Turkey), before coming to Ukraine he worked as Senior Vice President of Alternative Sales Channels, Consumer Banking. Currently he is Vice President of Retail Marketing and Sales Division in Credit Europe Bank (Ukraine).
