Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Joined the Fiba Group in 1988. From 1996 to 1999, he served as General Manager of CEB NV. He was then appointed General Manager of Finansbank, Turkey. Currently, he is a Supervisory Board member of many Fiba Group companies. In 1999, Mr. Umut was appointed to the Supervisory Board.

Fevzi BOZER

Member of the Supervisory Board

Joined Finansbank AS in 1988 as Ankara Branch Manager. From 1990 till 1993 he worked for Finansbank Suisse as (Assistant) General Manager. He returned to Turkey to become (Assistant) General Manager and later Board Member for Finansbank AS, Turkey (till 2006). Currently he is Board Member of Fiba Holding AS. Mr. Bozer was appointed to the Supervisory Board in 1997.

Turhan Cemal BERIKER

Chief Executive Officer of CEB Holland

Born in 1968. Mr. Beriker holds a BSc degree in Management Science from Bilkent University, Ankara. Mr. Beriker embarked on his career as an Interbank AS, Management Trainee in Istanbul. He has been with the Finansbank Group for 15 years and has worked mainly in the Corporate Credit Marketing Division in Finansbank Istanbul and Finansbank Suisse SA, Geneva. Mr. Beriker was a member of the founding team of Finansbank (Holland) N.V. in 1994, he oversaw the setting up of Finansbank Holland’s Germany operations in 1998 with
an emphasis on retail banking. Mr. Beriker returned to Amsterdam in 2000 to join the Managing Board of the Bank. In July 2001 he was appointed to act as Chief Executive Officer of CEB Holland.

Mehmet GÜLESCI (1962)

Member of the Supervisory Board

CFO of the Credit Europe Group NV. He further serves as a Supervisory Board Member of Credit Europe Group NV companies. He joined Finansbank AS in 1997 as Executive Vice President and CFO, and currently he is Board Member and Managing Director of Finansbank AS. Before joining Finansbank, he was an Audit Partner at Ernst & Young in Turkey, responsible for the financial sector.

Murat Enver Basbay

Murat Enver Basbay presently occupies position of Сhairman of the Board of Credit Europe Bank (Russia), and also he is a member of supervisory board.
