Product manager (Kiev)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ experience in related duty in a Financial Institution
• Fluent English is a must
• Higher education (Specialist, Master) in Banking/Finance or related field
• Knowledge of the technical requirements of retail products
• Knowledge of basic accounting and banking regulations
• Experience of writing Business Requirements document

Main functions:

• Designing and development of processes for products
• Conducting product enhancement/development for all retail products to ensure optimization and profitability
• Enhancing or changing of policies based on current market trends, analysis of portfolio behavior and for launch of new products
• Coordinating with sales staff to identify customers with possible customized needs
• Assessing the ability of products to meet current and potential needs
• Training sales staff in products, advantages and disadvantages to other competing products
