Onur UMUT

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Joined the Fiba Group in 1988. From 1996 to 1999, he served as General Manager of CEB NV. He was then appointed General Manager of Finansbank, Turkey. Currently, he is a Supervisory Board member of many Fiba Group companies. In 1999, Mr. Umut was appointed to the Supervisory Board.

Fevzi BOZER

Member of the Supervisory Board

Joined Finansbank AS in 1988 as Ankara Branch Manager. From 1990 till 1993 he worked for Finansbank Suisse as (Assistant) General Manager. He returned to Turkey to become (Assistant) General Manager and later Board Member for Finansbank AS, Turkey (till 2006). Currently he is Board Member of Fiba Holding AS. Mr. Bozer was appointed to the Supervisory Board in 1997.

Mehmet GÜLESCI (1962)

Member of the Supervisory Board

Born in 1962. Following his graduation from the Business Administration department of Boğaziçi University, he completed his master degree in the same department. He worked in Istanbul and Boston offices of Ernst&Young between 1984-1996 and got CPA licence from Turkey and Massachusetts, USA. While he was a partner, he joined Finansbank as Assistant General Manager in 1997 and he was Managing Director in the Board of Directors of Finansbank until the end of 2009. He is currently Fiba Group CFO and member of the board of directors of financial and non financial investments of Fiba Group.

Levent Karaca

Member of the Supervisory Board

Graduated from Marmara University at the Economics and Political science department. Mr. Karaca started his banking career in 1995 as Executive Trainee at Finansbank. In 1998 he held a position of Assistant Vice President Corporate Marketing in Amsterdam and after two years was appointed country manager of the Belgian branch. In 2006, he joined the management team of Credit Europe Bank in Russia as Head of Corporate Banking and in 2010 was appointed to the Supervisory Board. Currently he is EVP Global Corporate Marketing in Amsterdam and Board Member of Credit Europe Group NV.

Murat Enver Basbay

Murat Enver Basbay presently occupies position of CEO of Credit Europe Bank (NV), and also he is a member of supervisory board.
