2. Cash Transactions
2.1	Cash withdrawals	1% of the amount Мin.10 UAH.	1% of the amount Мin.10 UAH.	- For amounts exceeding UAH 15 000(or equivalent in foreign currency) notification is to be done one day prior to the day of receipt
2.2	Cash deposit	Free of charge		-
2.3	Operations with cash foreign currency:
2.3.1	Change of foreign currency banknotes	1.5% of the amount	-	-
2.3.2	Purchase of worn foreign currency	10% of the amount	-	-
2.4	Cash deposits from individuals to legal entities:
2.4.1	If agreement between CJSC CREDIT EUROPE BANK and entities was signed	-	In accordance with conditions of agreement	- In payment details in should be cleary mentioned payment detalils. - For amounts exceeding UAH 50 000 it is necessary to indicate the passport data, the date of birth, (or substituting documents) ID code.
2.4.2	If beneficiary is client of CJSC CREDIT EUROPE BANK	-	0.2% of the amount Мin. 10 UAH
2.4.3	If beneficiary is not client of CJSC CREDIT EUROPE BANK	-	1% of the amount Мin. 10 UAH
3. Payments
3.1	Incoming payments
3.1.1	standard incoming payments	Free of charge		- UAH funds are credited with the value date specified in a payment document. - UAH payments placed after cut-off time, are effected next day.
3.2	Outgoing payments
3.2.1	A. payments in local currency (LCY) - outgoing LCY - payments	-	0.75% of the amount Min. 10 UAH Max. 5000 UAH

4. Foreighn Exchange(account to account)
4.1	Sale of foreign currency:	0.4 % of amount Min. 10 UAH		- Commission is charged in UAH and calculated from the amount of sale/purchase recalculated under the deal rate
4.2	Purchase of foreign currency:	0.4 % ot of amount Min. 10 UAH
4.2	Arbitrage:	0.4 % ot of amount Min. 10 UAH
5. Other
5.1	Fees for other demands which is not specified above could be charged up to 800 UAH

Notes:

All additional charges in connection with telephone, fax and telex charges, as well as messenger’s and couriers fees, postage will be borne with VAT by the customers. Correspondent bank’s charges if any will be borne by the customers.
