What kind of impact does the rebranding have on me as a customer? >>>
Nothing changes for you operationally – your data, products and access remain the same. What does change is our brand identity: more modern, more focused, and more aligned with what we truly stand for. Being a personal, fair, and approachable bank – “designed around you”.
When will the change happening? >>>
It is expected around mid 2025 (end of June/beginning of July).
Is your service available as usual? >>>
Yes, service will continue as usual. If you encounter problems, please contact us. We are happy to help!
What happens to existing contracts? >>>
Your existing contracts remain valid without change – no action is required on your part. Only our name changes.
What happens, if I have to request documents from the past (e.g. account statements or tax certificates)? >>>
This remains unchanged. You can obtain these documents via the regular channels. Of course, you will receive the requested information also for past periods, at minimum until the end of the retention period. The Information however will be presented under the new brand.
Do my account or account number will change?>>>
No. Your account details, including IBAN, remain unchanged. You can continue to use your account as usual.
Will my login credentials stay the same? >>>
Yes. Your login credentials for online and mobile banking remain the same. You can log in just as before.
Will products or services change? >>>
Our existing products and services remain unchanged. At the same time, we are expanding our offering with modern, digital services tailored to your needs.
